Documents You Need to Get Started
- Account opening form, duly filled and signed (all relevant fields must be completed)
- A copy of the company certificate of incorporation, CAC registration, or Memorandum and Articles of Association (Memart)
- Passport photograph of each signatory
- A valid means of identification (ID) and recent utility bill of all signatories
- The BVN of all signatories and directors should be stated in the form
- Proof of registered address of the business
- A letterheaded board resolution authorising the opening of the account and signatories to the account
- Tax identification number (where applicable)
- A filled copy of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) form
